Business meeting

Corporate travel that behaves like a service

Accounts, invoices, references and drivers who understand that the car is part of the client's impression of you — not an app queue and a stranger's rating.

Business accounts

One account, one invoice, every journey

Stop reimbursing expenses claims for taxi receipts. A Bhatti Transfers account consolidates every journey your business makes into a single monthly bill.

  • Monthly invoicing. No cash, no card, no driver payments — staff and guests simply travel.
  • Cost-centre references. Every journey tagged to a project, department or employee so the bill reconciles itself.
  • Agreed rates. Fixed pricing on the routes you use most, set once and honoured.
  • Named drivers. Where continuity matters, the same driver each time.
  • VAT-compliant receipts issued for every journey, same day.

What we cover

The journeys businesses actually book

Most corporate work falls into a handful of patterns. We are set up for all of them.

Airport runs for staff

Early departures and late arrivals from Heathrow, Gatwick and City, with flights tracked so a delay never becomes a missed pick-up.

Client & visitor collection

Guests met at the terminal, station or hotel with a name board, in a car that reflects on you rather than embarrassing you.

Roadshows & multi-stop days

The car and driver retained across a full day of meetings, waiting between stops rather than being re-booked each time.

Board & executive travel

Executive saloons and discreet, professionally presented drivers for senior travel where privacy matters.

Site visits & away days

Groups moved together by MPV or minibus to sites, conferences and offsites, arriving as one party.

Late-night staff transport

Duty-of-care journeys home for staff finishing after public transport stops, billed to the business.

How it runs

Set up in a single phone call

Opening an account is deliberately simple. Tell us who can book, how you want journeys referenced and where the invoice goes.

  • Nominate who is authorised to book, and how they should identify themselves
  • Choose your reference format — cost centre, project code, employee name or PO number
  • Agree fixed rates on your regular routes
  • Bookings by phone, email or the online form, 24 hours a day
  • One consolidated invoice each month, with every journey itemised
  • Insurance certificates and licensing details supplied on request

Questions

Corporate account questions

Is there a minimum spend to open an account?

No. We open accounts for businesses booking a few journeys a month as readily as for those booking daily. The point of the account is administrative convenience, not volume commitment.

How quickly can an account be set up?

Usually the same working day. We need your company details, a billing address, the names of who can book and your preferred reference format.

Can we restrict who is allowed to book?

Yes. We hold an authorised booker list and will not open a job on the account for anyone not on it unless you tell us otherwise.

What are your payment terms?

Invoices are issued monthly with the journeys itemised by date, passenger and reference. Terms are agreed when the account opens.

Can you supply your insurance and licensing documents?

Yes — many procurement teams ask for these. Contact the office and we will send current private hire insurance certificates and our licensing details.

Do you handle visitors who are not our staff?

Routinely. Client and candidate collection is a large part of our corporate work. The guest simply travels; the journey bills to your account.
