What happens next

From request to confirmed car

We price it. The office reviews the journey and sends back an all-inclusive fixed price, usually within the hour.
You confirm. Reply to accept, and the job goes onto the day sheet. Nothing is charged before this point.
Driver assigned. You receive the driver's name, the vehicle and its registration before pick-up.
We track and adjust. On airport work we watch the flight and move the pick-up if it changes, at no extra cost.
You settle. Card or cash with the driver, bank transfer in advance, or on your business account. Receipt issued the same day.
